If you would like to reserve the meeting room at either Madison Ice Arena or Hartmeyer Ice Arena, please complete the form below.  Some one will contact you regarding this reservation in a timely manner.  Same day requests will not be honored.

If the usage is NOT for a user group associated with Madison Ice Inc, a $75 charge will be assessed for the use of these rooms.

Reasons to submit a reservation request form:

• want to hold a team meeting/party
• want to schedule a large group meeting
• want to hold a parent meeting

Reasons NOT to submit a reservation request form:

• want to have a birthday party (see Birthday Party page)
• want to book a group event with ice time (see Group Outings page)
